I only picked up Polaris for this when it was already in Airtable. I found one of the major problems was that although Airtable makes it super easy to read the Provocations, building to that, it was in itself a complex solution for the introduction and synthesis of the data.
I also had to “hide” a few of the fields as I felt they didn’t present me with any added value. I loved it as a baseline though and was super helpful since I had never tried to do anything similar :P
But as I mentioned, I had to adapt/evolve a few things to be more practical…
